Format for the
typical practice will be:
7:00-7:30
-- Warm-up, stretching, and footwork (mobility)
7:30-8:00
-- Focus on hand and blade-work w/ group review/practice [for
experienced] and instruction [rookies]
8:00-9:00
-- Organized strip fencing (groups w/ specific focus on skills) and
individualized lessons w/ coach
9:00-9:30
-- Free-fencing and/or scored-bouting
