Superior Court Orientation and Public Education
(SCOPE)-sessions are held twice monthly at each courts ten locations. An
attorney a judge and/or a member of the clerk's office is available to help
those in attendance. The question and answer sessions last about an hour and a
half. The representative from the court answers questions about the mechanics
of court proceedings and filing documents. They do not offer legal advice,
discuss strategy or provide case evaluation. There are no income guidelines for
this program.
